Under a contract worth approximately $5.5 million in revenues per year, Greece's Intralot S.A. has signed a contract which will provide the lottery corporation with instant gaming services for a period of two years. This is in addition to the contract won last year by the company for operating the Ohio Lottery's gaming systems.

The Ohio Department of Administrative Services has chosen Intralot to produce and put a definite plan into effect in order to implement instant ticket as well as support services related thereto in the state as from July 1st 2009. This contract will be for an initial period of two years with options to extend the contract for three more two-year periods.

Intralot CEO, Constantinos Antonopoulos, is thrilled that Intralot has been selected by Ohio Lottery to provide additional services after their first contract with them and feels honored to be a partner of the Ohio Lottery. They are determined to go to all lengths in their endeavor to offer unequaled products and services in order to create an improvement in the Lottery's performance.

Since commencing operations in 1974, The Ohio Lottery has grown to be the tenth largest U.S. State Lottery. Over $16 billion has been provided by The Ohio Lottery to public education.

Last year Intralot was successful in securing a contract with Ohio Lottery which was held by their rival, GTECH, since 1984. The terms of this contract was to operate Ohio Lottery's gaming systems services as well as providing equipment and services for a new online/instant lottery system.
