September 15, 2009 - All Star Slots Moves to RTG
There has always been stiff competition between the online casino software manufacturing companies. These companies are continually striving to outdo one another in order to gain a higher foothold in the market. It is therefore a massive coup for RTG (Real Time Gaming) to be named as the new software supplier to one of the world’s best online slots casinos – All Star Slots.
RTG has always had a strong presence in the online casino market – especially with regards to the development of online slots. Slots are still the most played online games and landing a casino of All Star Slots’ stature is great for business. The reasons given for this shift in software were to the effect of improving service delivery and player experience in terms of gaming evolution.
The move away from Wizard Gaming was not a huge surprise. This software company launched in 2008 with Gold Rock Casino, but soon thereafter lost the contract to Rival Gaming. This left Wizard Gaming with just one online casino (All Star Slots) to manage and now with even that gone, the future does not look too rosy for Wizard Gaming.
All Star Slots currently offers its customers 27 games to choose from and this number is likely to grow in the short term as Real Time Gaming takes the reins. It is never good news when a company is in trouble, but hopefully this is a warning to other companies not to take their contracts for granted and to provide only the best service possible.
