New Hampshire Lottery has selected a vendor to implement a new lottery gaming system which includes the operation of online games as well as instant games management. Greece’s Intralot S.A. is the successful applicant making it the company’s ninth contract win in the U.S. Intralot is confident that this new contract will help to increase their expansion into the country’s successful lottery market.

The agreement covers an implementation period which will be followed by six years of production operations as well as a further option for one four-year renewal. In terms of this agreement Intralot is to provide for the running of online casino games as well as instant games management which will include associated gaming products, support services and retailer network.

Intralot will create a strong communications system for the lottery. This system will connect over 1,250 state-of-the art terminals and relevant peripherals to the LOTOSTM O/S Central System. The change to the new system will take place on July 1st 2010.

Richard Campbell, Chairman of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission said that they were pleased to announce this Intent to Award contract to Intralot USA. They had put all their applicants through a thorough vetting process and had found that Intralot had scored the highest during their review process for technology and price and would, therefore, meet the lottery’s needs.

The CEO for Intralot announced that they were thrilled that they were entrusted with the operation of the New Hampshire Lottery. This Lottery has contributed an amount of $1.4 billion for education in the state since its’ conception in 1964.
