February 11, 2010 - Microgaming To Launch Thunderstruck Sequel

An epic slot game that helped put Microgaming software group on the map as one of the industry’s leading online games suppliers is due to celebrate the launch of its sequel by the end of this year.

Microgaming announced that it will be rolling out Thunderstruck 2 in the coming months, causing a buzz of excitement among online casino gambling fans.

The original Thunderstruck game was launched in 2003 by Microgaming and went on to become one of the group’s bestselling games through its superhero theme and fast paced action. At the time, Thunderstruck boasted some of the most innovative features to be found in the industry, such as free spins, and Microgaming is hoping that the new game can bring the same innovation and creative energy that its predecessor did back then.

The new Thunderstuck will boast higher screen resolution of up to 1024 x 768, and various other upgrades such as concurrent in-game play, hand painted graphics and more.
