June 7, 2009 - Spin3 Gets eCOGRA Seal

The Microgaming backed Spin3 mobile games supplier made history by becoming the first mobile group to earn itself the eCOGRA seal of approval. To receive the seal, Spin3 had to go through inspections of its operating systems, as well as a full check into its software and other features to ensure that it reached the high standards set by the UK based non-profit industry watchdog group.

"Spin3's software had already passed with flying colors during earlier eCOGRA inspections, when some of its clients applied for our mobile casino operator accreditation," said Andrew Beveridge, Chief Executive Officer of eCOGRA on congratulating Spin3. "It was pleasing to see that the same level of attention to detail, efficiency and fair gaming was found in the other facets of its business as a provider when our auditors engaged with them on this wider review. To pass our rigorous review process at the first time of asking is hugely impressive."

The head of Spin3, Matti Zinder, said that the group was proud of becoming the first mobile gaming group to receive the tough certification and it was a clear acknowledgement of Spin3’s standards, methodologies and industry leading services.

"The eCOGRA logo is an international mark of best practice," added Zinder, "assuring operators and their customers that our games and gambling services meet the highest standards of quality, transparency and integrity, now and in the future."
