June 4, 2010 - Summer Slots Series Hosted at English Harbour Casinos

Each summer the online casinos belonging to the English Harbour group feature the Summer Slots Series which is a series of monthly online slots tournaments running from June to August.

Summer Slots Series 1 is the first of these online tournaments and will run from 1st June until 30th June 2010.

Close to 1000 players have already entered their names for the tournament since registration began and players can register till the last day of the online tournament. There is an entry fee of $10 for this tournament and players will be provided with a starting chip stack of $75. Once the chip stack is depleted players are able to rebuy a similar tournament chip stack for $10. Rebuys of up to 500 times are allowed.

An attractive guaranteed prize pool of $100,000 is being offered in the Summer Slots Series 1. Almost the whole prize pool is to be distributed as casino credits. $92,500 will be distributed as casino credits and $7,500 as loyalty points. $50,000 will go to the top winner followed by $20,000 and $7,500 for the second and third prizes. The remainder of the casino credits will be shared amongst a further 17 players. The 255 players who are next on the leader board will have the loyalty points distributed among them.

Funky Chicken, the farm themed slot, is the online slot game that has been chosen for the Summer Slots Series 1. The Funky Chicken is the scatter symbol and a Scarecrow is the wild symbol.

The English Harbour group of online casinos are powered by software provider Vegas Technology and licensed by the Directorate of Offshore Gaming of Antiqua and Barbuda.
